THCI - Emmeline's 1798 Repreoduction Belgian Sampler - Kit #241

Such a dear story to accompany this sweet tiny sampler (4" square); it's included in kit tutorial. I have finally decided to respectfully reproduce the first of my vast antique sampler collection. I recently went to Bruges, Belgium to present this sampler back to the folks there. It is exactly re-charted and stitched as Emmeline's original at her young age of eleven. Stitched on 40-count butter cream linen with eleven values of Tudor Silk and one DMC cotton fiber. Special stitches are a nice highlight on this linen.It is Sweet. It is small. And. It is a delight to present my first of several reproduction samplers. Enjoy.
