Waves of color are stitched with a variety of threads. Instructions include complete charts of every square, including the compensation and discussion of manipulating overdyed threads. Threads used are Watercolours, Pearl Cotton, and 21 cards of Rainbow Gallery – silk, metallics, bamboo, nylon, velvet, and rayon. Design size 12×12 on 18ct canvas.
